Available now for free in the Apple iTunes store, it boasts a true two-screen TV experience that turns an iPad into command central for the TiVo Premiere box. The app brings the best of what TiVo has to offer on a second screen, so users can surf new content, view guides, schedule and manage recordings, get recommendations, or investigate a particular actor’s entire resume — all without interrupting the currently-running program.
Users can also share on Facebook and Twitter what they’re watching now or send thoughts on a favorite shows directly from the new app. Scheduling of one-time and Season Pass recordings can be done with a few flicks of the finger and users can manage Season Pass recordings and the To-Do List from the sofa or while on the go.
Search includes favorite TV shows, movies, actors or directors across both broadcast and broadband from Netflix, Amazon Video On Demand, and more.
