As more and more drama series are making their debut on cable channels, TNT announced that is has greenlighted two more to debut in 2009. “HawthoRNe,” staring Jada Pinkett Smith as a hospital’s director of nursing, comes to TNT from Sony Pictures Television in association with Pinkett Smith’s 100% Womon Productions, John Masius Productions and Jamie Tarses’ FanFare Productions. “Dark Blue,” an undercover police drama starring Dylan McDermott, is from Warner Horizon Television, with Jerry Bruckheimer.
