On 6/15, the day before the new original series “Wedding Day” premieres, TNT will commit “Random Acts of Brideness” in New York.  A collection of 25 dressed-up brides will stand in front Grand Central Terminal, and Penn Station to direct cab riders to specially outfitted Wedding Day taxis for a free ride.  Each taxi will be wrapped in bright pink and will feature a “Just Married” decal on the back window.  The interior will be decked-out with wedding-themed decorations, including tulle-covered seats, chiffon bunting, branded seatbelt guards, a wedding-ring charm hanging from the mirror and more.  The back of each car will feature a traditional collection of tin cans.

TNT also will host a screening of the first episode of Wedding Day on the CNN board in Times Square.  The screening will take place at approximately 8 p.m.

The show, set to premiere Tuesday 6/16 at 8 p.m, gives deserving couples a helping hand to ensure the most important day of their lives is also the most magical.  Each week, celebrity event planner and food expert Alan Dunn (For Better or Worse) and celebrity wedding producer and designer Diann Valentine (author of Weddings Valentine Style) host as family, friends and community come together to create a dream wedding.  Along the way, viewers will learn each couple’s compelling story, from their first date to their wedding day.  This new TNT series, the network’s first-ever unscripted drama, comes from producing giants Mark Burnett Productions and DreamWorks Television.
