Toccara to star in TV One reality series

Toccara, the vivacious and voluptuous fashion model and television personality, will set out in search for her perfect mate in season two of Donald J. Trump Presents The Ultimate Merger, which is slated to return to TV One in summer 2011.

After a highly successful first season in 2010, Real Estate Billionaire and Entertainment Mogul Donald J. Trump is joining forces again with TV One on the groundbreaking and popular reality series, which in its premiere outing featured America’s #1 reality TV villain Omarosa as the bachelorette.

In season two of Donald J. Trump Presents The Ultimate Merger, Toccara, the super model, Celebrity Fit Club and America’s Top Model contender, and ESSENCE Magazine Contributing Style Editor, will put a cadre of 12 hot, successful bachelors through a gauntlet of tests in her search for Mr. Right.  These challenges are designed to play upon their weaknesses, test their business acumen, measure their seductive strengths, and draw out their true intentions.
As in season one, don’t expect these bachelors to be the usual band of romantic wimps and brainless him-bos seen in traditional dating shows.  These men will all be successful, egotistical, and confident in their ability to sweep the buxom beauty off of her feet. But they have to watch their steps because she’s completely unpredictable.

“The Ultimate Merger has been a huge success,” said Donald Trump.  “Season 2 is going to be much bigger.  I know great TV, and Toccara will make great TV.”

“Season 1 of The Ultimate Merger generated a tremendous amount of interest from our audience, so we are delighted to be working with the same production team, including Donald Trump, on season two,” said TV One Senior Vice President of Original Programming Toni Judkins. “We think we’ve found the ideal bachelorette in Toccara, who is an inspiration to so many African American women, yet has a strong personality and goes after what she wants with gusto, which should put her in good stead to deal with a dozen, strong-willed bachelors.”

Donald J. Trump and Trump Productions President Andy Litinsky created the eight-episode reality series that is produced by Trump Productions LLC and Juma Entertainment.  The Executive Producers from Trump Productions LLC are Donald J. Trump and Andy Litinsky.  The Executive Producers from Juma Entertainment are Bob Horowitz and Lewis Fenton.
The executives in charge of production for TV One are Jubba Seyyid and Craig Henry.
The incredible plus-size beauty, known just as Toccara, first gained attention in Tyra Banks’ reality series, America’s Next Top Model.

Since then, the Dayton, Ohio native diva has appeared as a spokesperson for Ashley Stewart clothing, bared herself in Black lad mags King and Smooth, starred in VH1’s health-centric Celebrity Fit Club, guest-starred on numerous episodes of The Tyra Banks Show and other UPN and CW-associated sitcoms. She even hosted BET’s Black Carpet and Take the Cake, produced by industry heavyweight Endemol.

In 2008 Toccara was featured in a history making 14-page spread in Italian Vogue (her mentor Tyra Banks only had four pages and modeling veteran Naomi Campbell eight). In 2009 she became the face of UK super retailer, Evans. In 2010, she became a contributing style editor for ESSENCE Magazine.

Now the supermodel is ready to take on televison. She has a recurring role in Ice Cube’s family-friendly franchise, Are We There Yet, and is poised to begin production on her dating show, Donald J. Trump Presents The Ultimate Merger.
