Media Monitors continues its rollout of advertiser breakdowns for 2010. Today, we have the TV Top Twenty report by high performing categories, comparing figures from 2009. Fast food, cars ads topped the list, with improvements in rank by Cosmetics and Skin Care Products, Food and Beverage and Telecom Bundled Services. Television & Cable, Fast Food, Cars & Lt Trucks, Asian Factory stayed in the same rankers across 2009-2010, but Cars & Lt Trucks, Domestic Factory jumped from #6 to #4 this year, with the domestic auto sales rebound. Other big upward movers this year included Candy, Gum, Confectionery & Snacks; and Telecom Bundled Services.
