Last week brought a fresh blizzard of numbers: The February Nielsen PPM Markets posted for January 29 – February 25, 2015. While the majority of market stations subscribe, we’re still putting the puzzle together with missing pieces that don’t pay to play. Top Ten Markets #1 New York, NY – #10 Boston, with California, Chicago, Texas and East Coast Majors, in between.

1 WLTW Adult Contemporary iHeart Media. – 6.5; 13.5-7.4-7.0. #1 cume 5,265,400 leads the rest by 1.3 million; the only NYC A/C.
2 WCBS-F Classic Hits CBS Radio. Steady, 6.2-6.4-6.2. Classic Hits did well in this trend; CBS/FM leads Classic Rock WAXQ by 1.2.
3 WBLS Urban A/C Emmis Communications. Steady, 5.8-6.1-5.8. Good format to consider; leads iHeart Urban WWPR by 2.2.
