Luis A. Mejia’s Isabela Broadcasting is selling WKSA-FM in Isabela PR to La Equis Broadcasting Corporation, which itself is related to RAAD Broadcasting Corporation, headed by Roberto Davila Rodriguez and Emelie Rios Gautier. The buyer already owns two FMs in the island, WXYX-FM Bayamon and WXLX-FM Lajas. An LMA began last month.
