The agency affirmed a $15,000 fine against Ivan Angeles for operating a pirate station on 91.9 MHz in Passaic, against Jose Luis Hernandez for operating a pirate station on 95.9 in Passaic and against Alejandro Ramirez operating a pirate station on 90.5 MHz in Paterson. None responded to the FCC’s original warning, which is why the penalty escalated.

All three have 30 days to pay or their cases may be turned over to the DOJ for collection.
