A former key executive at programmatic data analytics firm Taykey and former mobile marketing and advertising player Velti who joined Turner 18 months ago is now the company’s EVP/Revenue Operations and Product Management.

In his 18 months with Turner, Amit Chaturvedi “has led a fundamental shift in the way Turner approaches revenue operations, aligning the organization to support the portfolio,” the company said in a Thursday (6/8) announcement. “This has provided consistency across verticals in servicing accounts, in managing and optimizing yield and has helped enhance overall campaign delivery for our advertisers.”

Chaturvedi joined Turner in November 2015 as SVP/Revenue Operations and Platforms.

His new role sees Chaturvedi maintain oversight, direction, and management of Turner’s ad operations divisions, as well as ad products and product strategy across the Turner portfolio from its New York office.

He will also partner with sales and technology leadership teams to help define, prioritize and standardize new ad products that will drive revenue growth.

Chaturvedi will also work closely with Turner’s network brands to support and execute key consumer digital product initiatives across the company.

He reports to Turner Sports President Lenny Daniels.

“In just a brief time, Amit has built a cross-functional and multi-disciplinary team that has effectively overseen the delivery and execution of ad sales revenue across Turner’s linear and digital portfolio, including supporting key tentpoles like March Madness and the 2016 election,” said Daniels. “I’m confident he will continue to drive innovation and revenue for the company as part of my leadership team, taking on additional ad products and product strategy responsibilities.”
