TV shows already in trouble

CanceledSome shows haven’t even had their 2013-2014 premiere yet and already TV By the Numbers has a list of programs in the intensive care ward. Here’s a look at programs that appear headed for the discard pile and others that are on the bubble.

The television website acknowledges that it is of course very early in the season, but the fact that it is already possible to construct such a list underscores the need for any program on the prime time schedule to generate an audience as rapidly as possible.

TV By the Numbers has included only scripted programs with at least one newly aired episode on the list.
