A late rally pushed stock prices to their highest point of the day as the closing bell rang Wednesday on Wall Street, with beaten down financial stocks leading the rally. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 144 points, or 1.3%, to 11,321. Broadcasting stocks enjoyed the upward momentum.
The RBR Radio Index was up 4.286, or 1.5%, to 284.264.
The TVBR Television Index was up 2.688, or 1.3%, to 206.576.
