Apple, with its iTunes empire, dominates the sale of music online, inspiring two of its competitors to combine forces to better compete. To that end, electronics and CD retailer Best Buy is acquiring erstwhile P-to-P file sharing service and current music marketer Napster. The price is $121M. Apple owns 70% of the digital download market.
