KVAN-AM Burbank WA has a buyer, a seller and a third-party benefactor, who is involved by virtue of earlier loans made to the current seller. In all, $500K will be changing hands. The seller of the station, which is located in the Tri-Cities WA Arbitron market, is Compadres LLC, headed by Angel Castendeda. Arturo Gonzalez heads buyer Centra Familiar Cristiano, along with Roisario Alberto and Marta Lillian Fernandez. The third party is Alexandra Communications Inc., which figures to collect half of the purchase price. Buyer CFC already owns KRSC-AM Othello WA, to the north of and outside Tri-Cities.
