Univision partners with Penske

Univision Communications, Inc.Univision News, the news division of Univision Communications, and Penske Media Corporation (PMC) have joined forces to create a co-branded multiplatform entertainment segment for Univision Network’s “Primer Impacto” (First Impact).


Titled “Variety en Primer Impacto,” the 2.5 minute segment is now available across all Univision platforms—broadcast and digital. It presents the day’s most important entertainment news, focusing on Hollywood’s most prominent Hispanic stars and newsmakers. PMC owns Variety.

“Variety en Primer Impacto” is being produced by PMC out of its Los Angeles studios and its executive producers are PMC’s Michael Davis and Primer Impacto’s Pilar Campos. “Variety en Primer Impacto” is now available on air, online, and on mobile.
