It only took a rather meager 1.6/4 for Univision to win the 18-49 Nielsen contest on Tuesday night as the State of the Union telecasts forced an abbreviated entertainment schedule on the Big Four. NBC had the best SOTU ratings and share, but CBS had the most total viewers.
