The full House Judiciary Committee will, indeed, hold a hearing Thursday morning at 10:00 am on “Trends Affecting Minority Broadcast Onwership.” The hearing was originally scheduled by a subcommittee and, as reported in the RBR/TVBR PM Report on Wednesday, it was scrubbed from the subcommittee schedule. But it turns out that the hearing was upgraded to the full committee and Chairman John Conyers (D-MI) will preside.
