By now, investors should have had their look and C-Suite assessment of Urban One‘s fourth quarter and full-year 2019 results.
At 7:45pm Eastern Tuesday, the Washington, D.C.-based media company superserving African Americans put a hold on the release. It’s not a COVID-19 related move.
As Urban One explains, the delay to Friday (3/20) is being done “in order to allow the company’s independent registered public accounting firm to complete their audit.”
This means the results will be distributed at 6:45am Eastern, with a 10am conference call for analysts now scheduled for Friday.
Urban One shares are unmoved in Thursday’s trading, and are at $1.69.
