Urban One, the media company superserving African American consumers, will be holding a conference call for investors, analysts and other interested parties to discuss its results for the first fiscal quarter of 2020 on Thursday, May 28.
The company’s results will be released earlier in the day.
Urban One, the parent of TV One, Radio One and Reach Media, also owns the MGM National Harbor Resort & Casino. The latter saw its revenue battered by the COVID-19 pandemic, as shelter-at-home restrictions were put in place in Maryland.
This, coupled with ad revenue questions across its media properties, could bring a devastating March to Urban One, extending into Q2.
At the Closing Bell on Wall Street, UONE was at $1.26, down 9 cents from Monday. However, year-to-date it is down just 70 cents a share. And, UONE was at $1.96 one year ago.
