USAA is launching a new national campaign designed to position the organization as the destination of choice for military members and their families regarding advice about the financial challenges and opportunities they may face during their lives.

USAA spokesperson Matt Walters tells RBR-TVBR the national ad campaign will be appearing in a mix of programming, including network primetime, morning and evening cable news programs and during sporting events.  “Additionally, the campaign will be promoted through a robust mix of paid search, direct mail, email and social media and will run Oct. 15, 2012 – March 2013.”

“Military families often face many types of financial hurdles when it comes to retirement planning, investments and debt management due to either frequent deployments or moves to new duty stations,” said Chris Owen, vice president of integrated marketing at USAA. “The goal of our campaign is to let USAA members and prospective members know that our employees – many of whom are veterans – are uniquely qualified to help them navigate financial obstacles during every stage of life. Whatever life brings, USAA brings advice.”

The new USAA advertising campaign features a robust mix of broadcast, print and interactive media to reach a national audience.
