United Stations Radio Networks has started distributing “25 Years of Hits,” the weekly program that provides Country stations with a “count-up” of #1 charting hits from the past quarter century.   The show is the creation of California-based Cable Car Communications and hosted by KYGO/Denver’s Craig “Catfish” Hunter.  The two-hour music intensive program counts-up the top Country songs, featuring #1 hits in chronological order from 1983 to 2008.  By doing so, the program weaves its way from the world of Classic Country and Country “Gold” into the world of today’s Contemporary Country hits.  The weekend show began in 2005 and is now heard on 82 stations across America and Canada.
