A sizable chunk of the stock of a CW affiliate in the Austin DMA is going from several investors to Vaughan Media LLC. The 4.5% or so not changing hands belongs to LIN, who will keep alive a grandfathered LMA that dates back to 1994. The station is KNVA-TV. L S Communications Ltd. is parting with 67.45%; Goldberg-Hirsch Ventures LP is parting with 16.85% and Ronnel Oliviera is parting with 11.24%, all going to Thomas J. Vaughan’s aforementioned company for $6M. LIN, owner of NBC KXAN-TV, retains the other 4.49%.
