VCI Solutions, a provider of software solutions for broadcast and cable operations, unveiled their newest product solution, entitled Verity, at this year’s NAB Show. Verity provides a huge advancement in technological capabilities that changes the way traditional broadcasters run their business operation.  It enables, automates, and manages the content that flows through the Sales, Traffic, Billing, and Automation business operations in real-time.  Its robust functionality affords the high-level of efficiency that broadcasters need to significantly reduce operational costs today.

Broadcast facilities today have Sales, Traffic, Billing, and Operations departments working within various software systems pertinent to their own at tasks hand, and may not align to the entire business operational workflow.  Verity is one system for all of these departments to use.  Verity enables information to flow freely back and forth in real-time within the one system. So not only are Sales, Traffic, Billing, and Operation departments accessing the same detailed  information throughout the entire business operational workflow, but they are also enabling the single system to automate that workflow.  All content has business rules, so now that the content is able to flow freely, the system is able to process the content according to the business rules established with the facility.

“With over 25 years of product innovation in the industry, we were able to leverage our entire team’s expertise, as well as our collective resources to develop the revolutionary Verity system,” said Jamie Meyer, VP of Product Development, VCI Solutions.  “Verity is truly unique and unlike anything in the market, and we are ecstatic to be the first to market with this new single system solution.  Its benefits and capabilities go far beyond current business solutions today.”

VCI Solutions also gave away a 100% all electric ZENN (Zero Emission No Noise) car at NAB last week in honor of Earth Day.  VCI Solutions partnered with the NAB Show to sponsor the ‘Green Car Giveaway’ where one lucky winner, Glen Calderon of Memphis.
