Edward and Leticia Vega are the owners of La Zeta 95.7 Inc., which is the proud owner of an FM in the Fayetteville AR market and an AM near Tulsa OK. Now they have a deal for a station serving the Little Rock AR area.
The station is KOLL-FM Lonoke AR, a Class C2 on 106.3 MHz with the textbook C2 attributes of 50 kW @ 492’. It puts a primary contour over almost all of urbanized Little Rock from a signal oriented to the east of the city.
The seller is Crain Media Group, headed by Larry Crain.
The price will be $1.5M cash. La Zeta will put $150K of that into escrow, and will deposit an additional $150K in the event the parties decide to enter into an LMA prior to closing.
La Zeta’s other stations are KSEC-FM Bentonville AR, a Class A on 95.7 MHz serving the Fayetteville market, and KEOR-AM Catoosa OK, a Class D daytimer on 1120 kHz just outside of Tulsa.
