Northwest Arkansas is a growing Hispanic hub, thanks to Walmart and jobs in the manufacturing and agricultural sectors. It’s the home of such cities as Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers and Springdale.


In fact, the Latino population in the Nielsen Audio-defined metro is 14.3%. As such, having a radio station serving Spanish-speakers here may be of value.

That’s the case for Edward and Leticia Vega. They’ve just swapped an AM with an FM translator in Tulsa, to the west, for an AM with an FM translator in the heart of this fast-growing Arkansas region.
