Veritone’s Two New Marketing Leaders, And A Communications Head

Veritone Inc., the tech company serving the radio and television industries with artificial intelligence (AI)-powered sales and research software solutions has just selected a new VP/Marketing for its “Media & Entertainment and Monetization” arm, and a VP/Marketing for its aiWARE operating system.


At the same time, a new SVP of Corporate Communications has been selected.

Taking the M&E and Monetization leadership post is Locke Truong.

For the aiWARE role, Ryan Bazler has been chosen.

Truong previously served as head of global product marketing at Ingram Micro, leading go-to-market strategy for the cloud marketplace and commerce platform. Bazler most recently served as Director of Product Marketing at enterprise document capture company Kofax, where he drove innovations and programs.

In his role, Valdmanis is expected to help Veritone present “a powerful, unified vision” as  expansion into new markets in the U.S., Europe and Asia remains key to the company’s long-term health.

Valdmanis comes from The Wall Street Journal publisher Dow Jones, where he advised the CEO and led company-wide new business and branding initiatives, working closely with the company’s top 250 global clients. Prior to that, Valdmanis was an adviser to global CEOs.
