Viacom Focuses on Social


Viacom-logoIn the midst of what could be seen as challenging advertising results, Viacom has created a new sales division focused on social media and data.

Velocity Products Group will try to develop platform partnerships with companies like
Twitter, Snapchat and Tumbler, according to MediaPost.

Viacom says it has about 645 million social media users across Viacom brands.
