British Sky Broadcasting (BSkyB) announced that it has completed its acquisition of Virgin Media Television (VMtv) from Virgin Media. The group of cable/satellite channels has been renamed Living TV Group.
BSkyB paid 105 million British pounds at closing, following regulatory approval in the Republic of Ireland. An additional payment of up to 55 million pounds will be paid upon UK regulatory clearance.
