Stock prices moved higher on Monday after the Institute of Supply Management reported that US factory activity grew in December at its fastest pace in seven months. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 93 points, or 0.8%, to 11,671. Broadcasting stocks also had an up day.
The RBR Radio Index was up 11.819, or 3.5%, to 350.296.
The TVBR Television Index was up 6.560, or 3%, to 229.129 – a second straight record finish.
