Investors liked Friday’s earnings report from General Electric, so its boost gave a boost to the Dow Jones Industrial Average – which gained 49 points, or 0.4%, to 11,872. But the broader market didn’t fare as well, with the Nasdaq Composite down and the S&P 500 up only slightly. Broadcasting stocks were lower.
The RBR Radio Index was down 6.665, or 1.9%, to 351.805.
The TVBR Television Index was down 1.162, or 0.6%, to 211.907.
