KWOF-AM & FM is being sold. The non-commercial combo serves the Waterloo IA market, with the AM licensed there and the FM home to Hiawatha IA. Friendship Communications, headed by Michael Facciani, is the seller. Chris Behmlander heads up the buyer, Extreme Grace Media. The price is 160K. An LMA kicked off at the beginning of March.
