The seller is Roberts Broadcasting Company of Evansville IN LLC, headed by Steven C. Roberts. WAZE-TV is licensed to Madisonville KY. The three LPTVs, WAZE-LP, WJPS-LP & WIKY-LP, are all licensed to Evansville IN. An LMA began 12/30/08.
