This Sunday, Nov. 2 marks the annual NYC Marathon, and WCBS Newsradio will be at the race providing extensive live coverage. The station will have reporters at all portions of the race, including the start, along the race route, in the race, in the air with Tom Kaminski from Chopper 880, and at the finish line. The station will begin coverage of the race bright and early at 6AM.
In a marathon of another type, WCBS Newsradio’s Peter Haskell will anchor NYC marathon coverage from the finish line of the race and directly after he will head out to Chicago to cover the final days of the Presidential Campaign. Peter will be live from Grant Park in Chicago Election Night where the Obama Campaign will be holding what they are calling their victory rally. In addition, a victory rally will be held in Phoenix for the McCain campaign, and WCBS Newsradio’s Reporter Rich Lamb will be on hand.
