Wedel Software and Kansas-based radio broadcasting company Rocking M Media have entered into a licensing agreement to install the MediaSales Suite to manage multi-media business, including 31 radio stations, four networks, and an advertising signage division.

The MediaSales Suite will provide Rocking M Media with a complete media management platform that includes Customer Relationship Management, Quote/Proposal generation, Creative/Production tracking, Traffic and Billing, and post-campaign Analytics.

Wedel Software will provide the complete solution in a hosted environment enabling user access from anywhere on any device via the Internet.

The software allows all of Rocking M Media to centralize their operations into a single system and database, and streamlines reporting, credit management, and inventory control. The system will also facilitate electronic delivery of invoices and electronic payments for advertisers.

“Rocking M Media selected Wedel Software because of our ability to provide a fully integrated and comprehensive media management solution and we are excited about this opportunity in the US Marketplace”, said Jeffrey Kimmel, North American President of Wedel Software. “We look forward to helping Rocking M Media optimize their multi-platform media business to help them drive revenue, provide exemplary customer service, and enable them to stand out in a crowded and competitive media landscape.”

Christopher Miller, President of Rocking M Media added, “The MediaSales Suite is a unique and full-featured business platform that will enable us to manage our business more efficiently and provide our advertisers with better service and campaign information. As an entrepreneurial company we tend to seek out and do business with other entrepreneurial companies. We had been looking for the next great disrupter in our industry and we think we have found that in the Wedel Software team. No other system offers the complete solution we were seeking.”
