NFL on FOX Week 2: Chicago Bears take aim at second NFC south opponent.  The NFL on FOX’s journey to the NFC Championship game continues this Sunday, Sept. 18 with single header coverage of six games-each presented in true HD.


The 1:00 PM ET window opens with Jay Cutler and the Bears, fresh off their big win over the Falcons set to take on their second-straight NFC South opponent in New Orleans as they face Drew Brees and the Saints. Joe Buck, Troy Aikman and Pam Oliver call the action from the Louisiana Superdome.

Meanwhile, Ben Roethlisberger and the AFC Champion Steelers take on the Seahawks in their home opener while Aaron Rodgers and the Super Bowl champion Packers travel to Charlotte to take on rookie Cam Newton and the Panthers. 

In Minneapolis, the Vikings and Bucs battle for their first victory.  Also, a pair of 1-0 teams do battle as the Cardinals matchup against the Redskins in Washington. The 4:00 PM ET window features Tony Romo and the Cowboys looking for their first win of the season in San Francisco when they take on the 49ers.

Coverage begins at 12:00 PM ET with America’s most-watched Sunday afternoon pregame show, FOX NFL SUNDAY.

Terry Bradshaw and Curt Menefee co-host the Emmy Award-winning program and are joined by analysts Howie Long, Michael Strahan and Jimmy Johnson. 

NFL Insider Jay Glazer presents the latest league news and scoops from the FOX NFL SUNDAY studio while comedic prognosticator Frank Caliendo contributes his weekly “Frank’s Picks” segment.  FOX Sports rules analyst Mike Pereira is also on hand to go over any impactful officiating issues from the last week. 

Following Chicago’s impressive win against the Falcons this week, Strahan visited Bears linebacker and NFC defensive player of the week Brian Urlacher for a one-on-one about the Bears strong start and his expectations for this season. The interview was filmed on Tuesday morning in Chicago prior to the passing of Urlacher’s mother.
