Univision Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of February 13, 2012 to February 19, 2012

* Univision was the #2 network during primetime last week among Adults 18-34, out delivering ABC (+9%), NBC (+13%) and CBS (+18%) in the demographic.

* February sweeps to-date, Univision ranks as the #4 broadcast network among Adults 18-34 (out-delivering ABC) and has also posted audience increases among Adults 18-34 (+4%) and Adults 18-49 (+5%).

* Versus the comparable week a year ago, Univision’s  primetime audience increased +5% among Adults 18-49, while other English-language broadcast networks (ABC -2%, CBS -2%, and FOX -19%) reported declines.

* Univision out-delivered one or more of the English-language broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, NBC or FOX) on six out of seven nights last week among both Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.

* Airing “Una Familia Con Suerte” at 8PM, Univision ranked as the #3 broadcast network (based on M-F) among Adults 18-34. During that hour, “Una Familia Con Suerte” attracted 4.4 Million Total Viewers 2+ and increased its audience compared to the prior week average among Adults 18-49 (2.4 Million, +2%), and Adults 18-34 viewers (1.4 Million, +2%.)

* During the 10PM hour (based on M-F), Univision aired “La Que No Podia Amar” and ranked as the #1 broadcast network among Adults 18-34 and held the #3 position among Adults 18-49. “La Que No Podia Amar” averaged 4.1 Million Total Viewers 2+, 2.1 Million Adults 18-49, and 1.2 Million Adults 18-34 viewers.

* Univision held the #2 position on Tuesday night among Adults 18-34 airing its primetime lineup, with all 3 programs (“La Familia Con Suerte” “El Talismán.” and “La Que No Podia Amar”) ranking among the top 15 programs for the night among both Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34. Univision also ranked #4 among Adults 18-49, beating ABC during prime time by +3%.

* On Wednesday night Univision ranked as the #3 network among Adults 18-34 and ranked as the #4 network among Adults 18-49, out-delivering NBC in both demographics.

* On Thursday Univision finished the night as the #2 network among Adults 18-34 and #3 network among Adults 18-49.  Airing the 24th Annual Premio Lo Nuestro awards show during prime time, Univision out delivered ABC and NBC among both Adults 18-49 and 18-34. The Awards show delivered an average audience of 5.6 million Total Viewers 2+, 3.1 million Adults 18-49, and 1.8 million Adults 18-34 and saw year-over-year audience increases among Total Viewers 2+ (+2%) and Adults 18-49 (+3%).
* This year marks the third consecutive year that Univision finished the night as the #2 Network, only behind FOX, when airing Premio Lo Nuestro night among Adults 18-34 and Persons 12-34,
* Univision out-delivered NBC by more than an 80% margin among Adults 18-49 (+82%), Adults 18-34 (+85%) and Total Viewers 2+ (+86%) on Thursday night.
* Premio Lo Nuestro ranked among the top 10 programs among both Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34, beating many of the first run episodes on English-language broadcast networks
o  Premio Lo Nuestro was the #3 program for the night among Adults 18-34, delivering more viewers than the entire line-ups on ABC (“Wipeout,” “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Private Practice”) and the CW (“Vampire Diaries” and “The Secret Circle”) as well as first-run episodes CBS’ “Rob,” “Person of Interest” and “The Mentalist;”  and NBC’s “30 Rock,” “Parks and Recreation,” “The Office” and “Up All Night.”
o The telecast ranked as the #8 program among Adults 18-449 and averaged more Adult 18-49 viewers than ABC’s “Wipeout;” NBC’s “30 Rock,” “Parks and Recreation,” “The Office” and “Up All Night” and CW’s “Vampire Diaries” and “The Secret Circle.”

* Univision was the #1 network on Friday night among Adults 18-34 and ranked as #3 among Adults 18-49.
* Univision’s entire primetime line-up including “Una Familia Con Suerte,” “El Talismán,” and “La Que No Podia Amar” and ranked as the top four programs Friday night among Adults 18-34.
* In the current season Univision has been the #1 Network on Friday nights 91% of the time (20 out of 22 weeks) among Adults 18-34 more than any other broadcast network. Season-to-date Univision ranks as the #2 network among Adults 18-49 on Friday nights.

* Univision ranked as the #4 network among Adults 18-49 and #3 among Adults 18-34 on Saturday night.  Airing at 8PM, “Sabado Gigante” (Giant Saturday) attracted 2.5 Million Total Viewers 2+, 946,000 Adults 18-49, and 482,000 Adults 18-34 viewers to rank among the top 10 programs for the night in the respective demographics. 

* For the third consecutive week since premiere, “Parodiando” delivered its highest viewership to date, attracting 3.9 Million Total Viewers 2+, 2 Million Adults 18-49, and 1.1 Million Adults 18-34 and ranked among the top 20 programs for the night in the respective demographics. Compared to the prior Sunday telecast, “Parodiando” posted double digit audience increases among Total Viewers 2+ (+18%), Adults 18-49 (+11%), and Adults 18-34 (+15%).
