CBS had the top 11 scripted series of the week in viewers and 12 of the top 20 programs in both adults 18-49 and adults 25-54, more than the other networks combined, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Feb. 27, week 23 of the 2010-2011 television season.
NCIS, NCIS: LOS ANGELES (largest audience since series premiere), THE MENTALIST, CRIMINAL MINDS, CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION, THE BIG BANG THEORY, THE GOOD WIFE, BLUE BLOODS, TWO AND A HALF MEN SPECIAL, MIKE & MOLLY and CSI: NY (with a season-high viewer delivery) were the week’s top 11 scripted series.
For the week in viewers: CBS (10.35m), ABC (10.66m), FOX (10.32m) and NBC (5.04m). Season-to-date: CBS (12.02m), FOX (9.57m), ABC (8.38m) and NBC (7.57m).

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER (5.6/09, 9.33m) was first in adults 25-54 (4.3/11), adults 18-49 (3.5/10) and tied for second in adults 18-34 (2.7/08, with ABC).
TWO AND A HALF MEN SPECIAL (R) (S) was first in households (7.2/11), viewers (11.54m), adults 25-54 (4.2/10) and second in adults 18-49 (3.0/08).
MIKE & MOLLY was first in viewers (11.20m) and second in households (7.0/11), adults 25-54 (4.3/10, -0.1 behind ABC) and adults 18-49 (3.2/08).
HAWAII FIVE-0 was first in households (6.4/11), viewers (10.45m), adults 25-54 (3.8/10) and adults 18-49 (2.8/08).
— On Tuesday, CBS was first in households (10.3/17), viewers (17.29m), adults 25-54 (5.0/13) and adults 18-49 (3.4/10). CBS was first in viewers and adults 25-54 for the sixth time in the last seven Tuesdays and first in adults 18-49 for the second week in a row.
NCIS was first in households (12.3/19), viewers (21.32m), adults 25-54 (6.2/16) and tied for first in adults 18-49 (4.4/13 vs. 4.4/12 for “Glee”). NCIS tied a first-run “Glee” for the first time this season in adults 18-49. Compared to last week, NCIS was up +5% in households (from 11.7/19), +19% in adults 25-54 (from 5.2/14), +22% in adults 18-49 (from 3.6/10) and added +1.92m viewers (from 19.40m, +10%). NCIS posted 20-million-viewers-plus for fifth time in the last six first-run episodes. NCIS was the night’s #1 program in households, viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.
NCIS: LOS ANGELES was first in households (11.1/18), viewers (18.69m), adults 25-54 (5.5/14) and adults 18-49 (3.9/11). NCIS: LOS ANGELES posted its best households rating and viewers delivery since its series premiere (Sept. 21, 2009), best adults 25-54 rating since Nov. 24, 2009 and best adults 18-49 rating since Oct. 19, 2010.
THE GOOD WIFE was first in households (7.6/13), viewers (11.86m), adults 25-54 (3.1/08) and second in adults 18-49 (2.0/06, -0.1 behind NBC).
SURVIVOR: REDEMPTION ISLAND was second in households (6.2/10), viewers (10.93m), adults 25-54 (4.2/10) and adults 18-49 (3.1/09).
CRIMINAL MINDS was second in households (8.0/13), viewers (13.15m), adults 25-54 (4.3/10) and adults 18-49 (3.2/08).
CRIMINAL MINDS: SUSPECT BEHAVIOR was first in households (6.1/11), viewers (9.81m), adults 25-54 (3.4/09) and second in adults 18-49 (2.4/07, -0.1 from NBC).
THE BIG BANG THEORY was second in households (7.4/12), viewers (12.35m), adults 25-54 (5.0/13) and adults 18-49 (3.8/11).
RULES OF ENGAGEMENT (P) was second in households (5.7/09), viewers (9.45m), adults 25-54 (3.8/09) and adults 18-49 (2.8/08).
CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION was second behind “American Idol” in households (7.6/12) and viewers (12.41m); it was tied for second in adults 25-54 (3.8/09, with ABC).
THE MENTALIST was first in households (9.0/16), viewers (14.79m), adults 25-54 (4.2/11) and adults 18-49 (2.8/08).
— On Friday, CBS was first in households (6.5/12), viewers (10.41m), adults 25-54 (2.5/07) and adults 18-49 (1.6/05) for the second consecutive week.
THE DEFENDERS was first in households (5.4/10), viewers (8.68m), adults 25-54 (2.0/06) and tied for second in adults 18-49 (1.2/04, with NBC).
CSI: NY won its time slot in households (6.8/12), viewers (10.89m), adults 25-54 (2.6/07) and adults 18-49 (1.8/05). CSI: NY delivered its largest audience of the season and was the night’s #1 program in adults 18-49.
BLUE BLOODS was first in households (7.4/14), viewers (11.65m), adults 25-54 (2.7/08) and adults 18-49 (1.7/06). Compared to last week’s return to Friday nights, BLUE BLOODS was up +6% in households (from 7.0/13), +8% in adults 25-54 (from 2.5/07), +13% in adults 18-49 (from 1.5/05) and added +490,000 viewers (from 11.16m, +4%).
