In the Current 2010/2011 Season, TeleFutura Continues to Produce More Nightly Wins over Telemundo versus the Same Period in the 2009/2010 Season Among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34


TeleFutura Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of May 23, 2011 to May 29, 2011

Last week, TeleFutura averaged 568,000 Total Viewers 2+, 308,000 Adults 18-49 and 178,000 Adults 18-34 during broadcast prime (Mon-Sat 8pm-11pm/Sun 7pm-11pm).

Compared to its previous week performance (05/16/2011-05/22/2011),  TeleFutura grew its broadcast prime average among Total Viewers 2+ (568,000 vs. 559,000; +2%) and Adults 18-34 (178,000 vs. 172,000; +3%).

In the current 2010/2011 Season, TeleFutura continues to generate more nightly wins over Telemundo during broadcast prime versus the same period in the 2009/2010 Season among Adults 18-49 (73 nights vs. 61 nights) and Adults 18-34 (74 nights vs. 72 nights).

TeleFutura was the #2 Spanish-language network on Saturday night (May 28, 2011) from 8pm-11pm , thanks to its back-to-back movies “Cine de las Estrellas: Shinjuku Incident” and “Cine de las Estrellas Sat 2: A la Caza del Enemigo” (“THE HUNT FOR EAGLE ONE: CRASH POINT”), which out-performed Telemundo’s  prime time programming that included “Cine de Impacto: Border Town,” ” Cine de Impacto II: Jeepers Creepers 2″ and “Persiguiendo Injusticias” among Total Viewers 2+ (TF 744,000 vs. TEL 501,000; +49% Adv.), Adults 18-49 (TF 421,000 vs. TEL 289,000; +46% Adv.) and Adults 18-34 (TF 269,000 vs. TEL 187,000; +44% Adv.).
