CBS has the Week’s Top 10 Scripted Series in Viewers. “Flashpoint” Wins its Time Period for the Third Consecutive Week with Across-the-Board Gains. CBS had the top 10 scripted programs during a week that included the final two games of the NBA Championship and the US Open golf championship, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending June 20, week 39 of the 2009-2010 television year.


NCIS, TWO AND A HALF MEN, NCIS: LOS ANGELES, THE BIG BANG THEORY, CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION, THE MENTALIST, CSI: MIAMI, FLASHPOINT, THE MENTALIST 8PM SPECIAL and THE GOOD WIFE were the week’s top scripted series in viewers. 
 
THE BIG BANG THEORY and TWO AND A HALF MEN were the week’s top scripted programs in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54.  FLASHPOINT won its time period for the third consecutive week, posting across-the-board increases versus last week’s performance. 
 
For the week in viewers:  CBS (6.35m), ABC (7.51m), NBC (5.87m) and FOX (4.58m).  Summer-to-date among viewers:  CBS (6.76m), ABC (7.63m), NBC (5.65m) and FOX (5.20m). 
  
For the week in key demographics, CBS averaged a 1.8/05 in adults 25-54 and 1.3/04 in adults 18-49. 

For the week in households: CBS (4.1/08), ABC (4.6/08), NBC (3.7/07) and FOX (2.8/05).  Summer-to-date in households: CBS (4.4/08), ABC (4.7/08), NBC (3.5/06) and FOX (3.2/06).

TWO AND A HALF MEN (R) was first in households (5.9/10) and viewers (9.21m); it was tied for first in adults 25-54 (3.3/09, with ABC) and second in adults 18-49 (2.4/07). 
 
THE BIG BANG THEORY (R) was second in households (5.6/09), viewers (8.88m), adults 25-54 (3.5/09, -0.1 behind ABC) and adults 18-49 (2.6/07).  
 
CSI: MIAMI (R) was first in households (5.0/09) and viewers (7.54m); it was second in adults 25-54 (2.1/06, -0.1 behind ABC) and adults 18-49 (1.5/04). 
 
TV’S GREATEST SURPRISES: A PALEY CENTER FOR MEDIA SPECIAL (S) was second in households (4.2/08) and viewers (6.58m). 
 
MEDIUM (R) was first in viewers (3.44m), tied for first in households (2.3/05, with NBC) and tied for second in adults 25-54 (1.0/04, with FOX). 
 
FLASHPOINT was first in households (4.2/08), viewers (7.00m), adults 25-54 (2.0/06) and adults 18-49 (1.4/05).  Compared to last week, FLASHPOINT was up +5% in adults 25-54 (from 1.9/06), +8% in adults 18-49 (from 1.3/05) and added +240,000 viewers (from 6.76m, +4%).
