What had been a week of upbeat quarterly reports ended with the dollar strengthening, which hurt oil and other commodity prices. So, stock prices retreated on Friday. The Dow Industrials were off 109 points, or 1.1%, to 9,972.
The RBR Radio Index fell 1.146, or 0.6%, to 182.841.
The TVBR Television Index fell 4.937, or 3.6%, to 131.894.
