As we reported, Dix Communications is selling WTBO(AM)/WKGO(FM), Cumberland and WFRB(AM)/WFRB(FM), Frostburg. An FM translator at 105.7 MHz is also included in the sale.
Buyer Forever media is paying $4 million to be paid by wire transfer at closing, according to paperwork filed at the FCC. The buyer was to place some $200,000 in escrow as a deposit.
The deal includes all the buildings and towers.
