The decision was made after completing a thorough search for marketing agencies to manage the company’s marketing initiatives to the U.S. Hispanic consumer segment. Bromley will support media planning and buying, account management and creative development to engage the company’s broad and diverse Hispanic consumers who rely on Western Union services for both domestic and global money transfers.

Bromley Communications was previously Western Union’s Hispanic agency of record from 1995 through 2002. During that period, the agency managed advertising, promotions, public relations and field marketing for both domestic and foreign products and services.
