WFSB blackout with Cablevision resolved


The Hartford, CT Meredith-owned CBS affiliate and the cable provider that serves much of Litchfield, New Haven and Fairfield counties in that state have come to a deal to end the blackout.

Said Cablevision in a statement: “Our agreement ensures that all Cablevision customers in Connecticut will receive CBS programming and we are pleased that no Cablevision customer will pay twice for the same network. We sincerely thank our customers for their patience during this process.”
