Arbitron announced the signing of its first non-group deal for PPM ratings in Detroit, which is scheduled to get PPM in October 2008. WGPR-FM "The Rhythm 107.5" has signed a multi-year agreement for PPM ratings. WGPR is independently owned by the International F & AM Masons Inc., with more than 450,000 members worldwide.
