In his prepared remarks for a hearing before the Senate Commerce Committee, FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler noted what the Commission has done recently in regards to broadcast television, among many other things.
Included in his comments were remarks on the incentive auction, JSAs, sports blackouts and retransmission consent.
