ABC has scheduled "Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2007," an hour-long ABC News special, to air Thursday, December 6th in the 10-11 pm ET slot. The network has revealed eight of the ten folks to be highlighted from entertainment, sports, politics and business, with the remaining two – including the "The Number One Most Fascinating Person of 2007" – being kept secret until the show airs.
Walters guest list includes sexy Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, her soccer superstar husband, David Beckham, pop singer Justin Timberlake, Emmy Award winner Katherine Heigl, Academy Award winner Jennifer Hudson, former President Bill Clinton, and MySpace media moguls Tom Anderson and Chris DeWolfe. This will be the 15th airing of the annual special.
"Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2007" is executive produced by Barbara Walters and Bill Geddie. Bill Geddie also directs the program.
TVBR/RBR observation: Based strictly on public fascination in 2007, we would have to say that the two missing names are Britney Spears and Paris Hilton. But maybe Barbara has others in mind.
