Videohouse, Fifth Street Enterprises and WMTM say in the filing the commission’s rules unfairly deny LPTVs the right to take part in the auction.

The commission on Friday denied another LPTV request for a stay — from Latina Broadcasters.

That denial is key, according to LPTV advocacy groups.
