Why Did Townsquare Shares Stumble On Thursday?

By all accounts, Townsquare Media had a strong Q4 2018. Yet, the company’s stock was off by more than 7% in midday trading on NYSE.

Why? It could have nothing to do with Townsquare but everything to do with the private equity firm that controls it.
