When there is no news, it means nothing bad happens. The flip side of that, of course, is that nothing good happens either, but generally, when the lack of news concerns the agenda for an monthly FCC Open Meeting, nine times out of ten no means good. That is the case for the Thursday 6/12/08 get-together next week. The Commission will consider items like do-not-call, telecom relay and Skype. For broadcasters, other than a possible personal love for the do-not-call registry, the meeting will be a total snoozer.
