In acquiring Poland media outlet TVN, Scripps Interactive is taking on a hefty pile of debt, and although Moody’s understands the strategy behind the move, it is putting the company on review.
According to Moody’s analyst Neil Begley, the move marks a departure from the company’s normal debt management strategy.
