Police arrested Bruce Edward Moores and charged him with disorderly conduct. According to a report by WEAU-TV, police said the radio DJ was videotaping high school girls as they changed out of their volleyball jerseys at the corner of a gym.

The incident took place in the gym of the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Menominee, WI. That’s in the next county west from Eau Claire, where the suspect had been a weekend jock for Maverick Media’s WAXX-FM, using the air name Ray Moores.

It turns out Moores had been convicted of a sexual assault charge involving a minor in Colorado 18 years ago. WEAU also found a police report that Moores had been ticketed for trespassing in Eau Claire in June when an office building security guard found him engaged in a sex act with an 18-year-old woman.

Moores’ bio has been removed from the WAXX website and the station did not respond to an email from RBR-TVBR seeking comment. GM George Roberts told WEAU that the DJ has been placed on administrative leave.
